There’s nothing like a good carol to get you in the Christmas spirit…in the middle of August! ๐Ÿ™‚ By the way, I’d like to see if you could do a cover of “30 Days” by Nevershoutnever and “Last Christmas” by George Michael, two REALLY great Christmas songs. It’s never too soon to get in the holiday mood ๐Ÿ™‚

      Brett,
You are a terrific teacher. It’s only my second day out ,yet you got me playing “I’ve Been Workin’ On the Railroad” and “Let It Snow” already! And the uke is so quiet I don’t have to worry about waking the neighbors. I’m avery happy new subscriber.

I just got my ukulele today.. I knew nothing, but so far, i’ve learned 5 songs on here almost perfectly. ๐Ÿ™‚ If I wouldn’t have found this sight, i’d be frustrated trying to learn right now! I feel so accomplished.. hahaha. The whole me being able to play so quickly might be because I play guitar.. but, for real, this website is absolutely amazing.
I love love lovvee this song. ๐Ÿ™‚

I don’t mean to be the one person who’s a downer in the list of comments but I hope you realize that when you show what chords you have to know for the song, the red dots are upside down.

      Reply
      • Brett McQueen

The perspective of the chord diagrams with the red dots are designed to be as if you are behind the neck playing the ukulele. This means the bottom string of the diagram is the top string of the ukulele and the top string of the diagram is the bottom string of the ukulele.
