To play the C#aug chord, perform a barre by pressing your index finger on the C-string and E-string on the 1st fret and middle finger on the 2nd fret of the top g-string. Let the other string ring open.
The Dbaug chord (also known as a C#aug chord) contains the notes Db-F-A.
To build a Dbaug chord, take the augmented triad formula (1-3-#5) and apply it to the Db major scale (Db, Eb, F, Gb, Ab, Bb, C).
Identify the first, third, and fifth scale degrees in a Db major scale which are Db-F-Ab.
Because the fifth scale degree is a "#5" (said "sharp five") raise the Ab note a half step to A making the chord augmented with the notes Db-F-A.
